AYD Simply Returns lets customers request returns directly from your storefront, choosing items and a custom return reason you define. Approve, decline, or cancel requests from the app's dashboard, individually or in bulk, and a prepaid Royal Mail return label generates and emails to the customer automatically, nothing to print or send by hand. Return reasons are fully customizable and map to your own RMA codes for ERP tracking. Every request is logged, and reports can be scheduled by email.
