Could be better - doesn't seem to switch between different shopify sites using this app. which is a problematic if you are running a couple of sites and using Simply Cost. There's no login / log out function with in the app. I hope this can be resolved.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Store switching is in the development road map. I will definitely let you know once it is available. At the moment, I will email you a couple of workaround that you can use the app if you have multiple store :)

Not very user friendly. I can't change the date to go back to look at a specified time period.

Formulas seem to be incorrect and the numbers dont add up

I took the time to update the cost for each item in my store, and the profit margin on the dashboard didn't adjust. Not to mention, they require the margins to be fixed to 0-100% markup, but some industries have a 3-500% markup. This makes their app not useful for all markets.

What a waste. The app didn't calculate our costs to ship orders that qualified for free shipping using 3rd party apps to print the shipping labels.
