Automate profit calculation

SimplyCost saves you time by calculating profit of your sales. It takes into consideration discounts, refunds, shipping and taxes. You can add other cost in addition to your product cost to track your profit accurately.

Shopify product cost per item field support.

SimplyCost can use the cost per item field of your product as your cost price. You get the benefit of being able to manage your costs on Shopify Admin and with SimplyCost you will be able to update costs of your sales history.

Payment gateway processing fees

Add your payment gateways pricing plans and SimplyCost will calculate the gateway processing fee for each order. SimplyCost automatically calculates gateway processing fees for orders processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Shopify transaction fees

Not using Shopify Payments? Let SimplyCost calculates Shopify transaction fees for each order.

Ad costs

Connect and sync ad spends data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. SimplyCost automatically perform currency conversions if your Ad account currency is different from your Shopify store currency.

Expenses

Put in your one-off or recurring expenses and SimplyCost will include them in profit calculation.

We use this app to track profitability on the days we send email promotions with a discounted product. Since in this app we can see not only sales, but actual profit on that day, it helps us compare our various promotions to see which ones are the most profitable (rather than just bring the most overall revenue). The app works great, and when I recently had an issue with some reporting getting messed up (not SimplyCost's fault, but it was affecting the reports there) they fixed it for me immediately. Highly recommended.

Seems pretty good but no customer service available what so ever, so I'm not able to get any support for the questions I have.
