This app disbaled our Wholesale store, and no one from the app developers communicated with us despite us requesting assistance. One of our other app providers had to assist us in order to get the problem resolved and get our wholesale store back up and running. Very disappointing customer service and support.
Wir haben lange nach einer B2B-Lösung gesucht und dachten mit Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder die perfekte Lösung gefunden zu haben. Aber leider läuft die App nicht reibungslos und auch nach 2 Wochen hat sich nichts verbessert. Im Gegenteil, je mehr man den Kundenservice kontaktiert, desto mehr Fehler treten im Nachgang auf. Auch wenn der Kundenservice schnell reagiert und bemüht ist, aber wirklich sauber und zuverlässig ist die App keinesfalls. Der Checkout funktioniert nicht sauber, die Mindestmengen funktionieren nicht sauber (Varianten-Artikel werden grundsätzlich nicht unterstützt) etc. Alles sehr mühselig.
Zwei Punkte vergebe ich aufgrund des schnellen Kundenservices, aber da nach 2 Wochen die App immer noch nicht läuft, kann ich diese nicht besser bewerten. Ich schaue mir das diese Woche noch an, ansonsten weichen wir auf eine andere App aus.
Update: Kundensupport hat sich nach meiner Bewertung bemüht, das Problem zu beheben. Nun funktioniert der Shop gar nicht mehr, weil sie es irgendwie geschafft haben, den "Buy Button" zu löschen. Es ist Wochenende und daher ist auch keine Hilfe in Sicht. Daher nur noch ein Stern!
Nachtrag: Nach 1 Monat wird es schlimmer. Auf einmal können Kunden versandkostenfrei bestellen, obwohl diese 5% betragen. Customer Support ist langsam und die B2B-App nicht funktionsfähig.
We discussed some changes for 4 Weeks now. The different changes were made, but always in different versions of the Theme. We can't change any of the mistakes because we don't have access to the App's code. Response time to our Mails is horrifying 2 Days. Thats not professional work and we are forced to write such a review because we don't get any response at all.
The requested changes we had were on some issues with standard functionalities that are usual and necessary in the App. They should be implemented by the App support by default and not only mentioned by us. We didn't have any major changes but simple changes already take so long to be implemented. Our going live depends on this app and is delayed several times. Since there are no similar Apps were fully depending on the support and the implementation of the changes. Please contact us and fix open issues asap.

We understand that a lot of businesses depend on us to respond and deliver in a timely fashion, as they have deadlines to meet to keep their businesses running efficiently. Rest assured though, that this is not a norm here. We were in the process of launching the latest version of our products to better meet the expectations of our valued customers such as yourself, being a small business, we had to leverage our support staff to get the project across the finish line. This may have led to delays in responses that you experienced. We had an understanding about the bugs and issues you'd been running into, but a more sustainable fix for that had been the early launch of the revamped version of our Order Form.
I believe, after a couple of days of inconvenience our support staff and technical teams did bring themselves up to speed on your concerns and have helped you mitigate all of them. If you are satisfied by our product and services thus far then please do update us of your latest feedback simply by updating the current Review. Please keep us posted on any further concerns you might have, rest assured that our staff is here to assist you further.
Each time we have a launch on our Wholesale site, this order form will fail to load. If we come back to it later, after the traffic has died down it will work, but what's the point if this app doesn't work when we need it the most.
Never works. Not recommended.
Support is slow and we often wait for 30minutes to even receive a response.
It appears support is subcontracted and the attitude of support staff show a lack of interest in resolving matters. (Jawad Arshad)

'Select Product Category' in the top bar can't be sorted manually. It automatically sorts A-Z. We have +120 Collection to Select from.
We run a large Food and Drink store ±3 500 products and our main line of business is Fresh Produce.
Due to A-Z listing, we can't list our highest rated collections at the top of the drop-down and lowest-selling collections at the bottom of the dropdown.
I requested for the Order form app Columns to be adjusted, received no feedback, this can't be done with the 'Customize Store Forefront' options.
This will be the first 1 star review we have ever left for an application. We work great with many other organized applications on Shopify. We were approached by the programmers of this application in the beginning stages of their application, and tried to work with them on issues we were having with their software.
Since the very beginning they were slow to fix issues, and the application was not even working properly for the 2-3 months. Please keep in mind during the down time, we were still on their pay subscription. After updates were made, we would provide feedback on what features needed to be modified or added. Each time it we would receive some sort of attitude from the developer.
Technical support was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They definitely have the attitude you owe them every time you ask for support or changes. Eventually we decided to move on as it was just taking too long to get things done.
Before uninstalling the application we noticed many of the features we mentioned were now available and the application was working much better, but still has some bugs and aesthetic issues. But here is the best part. After most of the issues were fixed, their team made us feel we owe it to him to keep the application, that they programmed all the fixes for us. Are you serious? The fixes we mentioned would help your existing clients and future clients when using your product, not just us! I highly doubt they created this application for one single user.
In all, the application is actually better than than before, but I wish you luck with support.
What A SHAME....
Manipulative payment methods for every single add on which is supposed to be on an app that provides wholesale reports , otherwise what's the use of a wholesale report when you can't apply discounts, they make you pay for the app, then charge you for everything needed, 12$ becomes 24 and then add another 19$ ( with limited options as well) so you have to pay even more for you to get the package, as if 19 $ is not enough...to more and more till you reach a budget of more than 60$ and even more. then comes lock manger , preorder blah blah blah....Very cheap and misleading way to gain customers. will def uninstall and look for a better app.
