The team at Wholesale Helper are fantastic at providing quick and meaningful support. They have aided me plenty with the implementation of their apps and design requests for our Wholesale B2B business. I highly recommend their suite of apps for anyone looking to use Shopify for wholesale.

I used this app for bulk orders and it works like a charm! The support staff was very good and patient with accommodating my unique needs.

We discussed some changes for 4 Weeks now. The different changes were made, but always in different versions of the Theme. We can't change any of the mistakes because we don't have access to the App's code. Response time to our Mails is horrifying 2 Days. Thats not professional work and we are forced to write such a review because we don't get any response at all.
The requested changes we had were on some issues with standard functionalities that are usual and necessary in the App. They should be implemented by the App support by default and not only mentioned by us. We didn't have any major changes but simple changes already take so long to be implemented. Our going live depends on this app and is delayed several times. Since there are no similar Apps were fully depending on the support and the implementation of the changes. Please contact us and fix open issues asap.

Great app. Has helped our business make ordering and re-ordering simple for our customers. The support team is super helpful & responsive at answering my query's and offering solutions.

I would definitely give 5 star to this app.
Our store is designed for B2B customers from different countries. That's why we need this app that could display different SKU to different clients. These functions just make everything much easier: 1) Enable the visibility of each SKU to client with a specific tag such as "USA Client". 2) Enable the visibility of collection to client with a specific tag such as "USA Client". 3) Set a minimum/max order quantity limit for your SKU
4) Bulk update by uploading CSV form This app couldn't display inventory in the order form, but you could pay additional $60 for this customized function. If I have to tell a weakness of this app, it would be the shopping cart. Even you set a min order qty restriction in the order form, you could still change the order qty in your shopping cart. Hope they could fix this bug in the future.

Its the perfect App to present your products to B2B customers! So lean and functional, I cant wish for more. Besides that, I am very content with the customer support. They responded very fast and changed everything I asked for. We even found a solution to show the price per kg. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

What A SHAME....
Manipulative payment methods for every single add on which is supposed to be on an app that provides wholesale reports , otherwise what's the use of a wholesale report when you can't apply discounts, they make you pay for the app, then charge you for everything needed, 12$ becomes 24 and then add another 19$ ( with limited options as well) so you have to pay even more for you to get the package, as if 19 $ is not enough...to more and more till you reach a budget of more than 60$ and even more. then comes lock manger , preorder blah blah blah....Very cheap and misleading way to gain customers. will def uninstall and look for a better app.

This app is exactly what I needed! And with the flexibility and support of Jawad, things worked out for my site. If you're looking to make a quick and easy form for your customers, this App is worth checking out.

Support is slow and we often wait for 30minutes to even receive a response.

'Select Product Category' in the top bar can't be sorted manually. It automatically sorts A-Z. We have +120 Collection to Select from.

We run a large Food and Drink store ±3 500 products and our main line of business is Fresh Produce.

Due to A-Z listing, we can't list our highest rated collections at the top of the drop-down and lowest-selling collections at the bottom of the dropdown.

I requested for the Order form app Columns to be adjusted, received no feedback, this can't be done with the 'Customize Store Forefront' options.

Great APP! The team supporting the installation and configuration is very responsive and dedicated to making sure that everything runs smoothly. I'm using 3 of their 6 apps (wholesale pricing discount, wholesale order form, wholesale lock manager) and all are seamless and immensely useful.

This app is great! We have the 1-page order form available to all our customers, but its main goal was to make ordering easier for our wholesale partners. It integrates perfectly with the other apps that Seth Gold offers, and it is very easy to manipulate what is showing.

We actually use this app on two separate stores. It makes finding product and adding it to cart MUCH faster for our customers. Everything we do is wholesale, so our customers know our products and don't want to spend the time to go hunting for them one by one, and this app does the job perfectly!

The single page order form is a "must have" for anyone that is offering wholesale. We are using it in conjunction with Supple Apps Wholesale, Membership and BOGO. Support worked quickly and proficiently to integrate the order form with the other apps which required some tweaking to make them all play well together. Over all I'm very pleased with the results. Now our wholesale customers can quickly order the products they need without having to shop like retail customers. A+ guys!

This is the first app I have uploaded that actually worked immediately and was just there on my website ready to use!! I use my shopify store as a wholesale site and it was really annoying for customers to have to go back and forth between products pages to order. Now they can view all the products on one page and select items just like they were ticking off an order form. It looks good too! Seth has been very hands on in checking up on me and even added a small feature which I suggested would be helpful.. I have no hesitation in recommending this app it works beautifully and I think my customers are going to love it!
