We are using this B2B solution for our Shopify store, and it has been a big help for how we manage our B2B customers separately from our B2C users within the same store.

The application supports multiple login methods for Customer Accounts, including Email & OTP and Email & Password, it is the only one of its kind that we could find too. It also allows integration with multiple Identity Providers (IDPs), enabling our B2B users to log in seamlessly using their corporate credentials within a unified login flow.

The solution works smoothly with Shopify Plus and integrates seamlessly with Shopify’s native B2B features, making it a reliable and efficient choice for businesses managing both B2B and B2C operations on a single store.

The staff has also been great to work with and have been quick to resolve the few minor issues we have had.

We've implemented SSO through this app with our own endpoint and methods to get user data to log the user in to Shopify. We utilized AWS Cognito for implementing SSO. The setup was not particularly difficult, and we were able to implement it smoothly.

Additionally, the support team was very courteous and responded quickly, which was extremely helpful.

The assistance we got during the evaluation and deployment stages was excellent. While we encountered a small problem over the weekend, Prashanth promptly resolved it on the same day. It's been under a week, and the app has been running smoothly since then. Overall, I'm really pleased with their service.
