Single music is the most effective and efficient Shopify app for selling digital music, period. I use it for all of my artists and recommend it regularly.

We've been working with Single Music for over a year now, and it is a total dream. They are always available to chat, answer every question thoroughly, and seem to be constantly improving the app and adding things on I wouldn't even have thought to request. They solved a long-standing issue with us delivering music digitally via Shopify. We are an indie music label, and selling music digitally this day and age is imperative, and they made it smoothless, hi tech, AND they report all sales to Soundscan! They even assist in some of the customer service that selling digitally creates. We can't say enough about them!

As others have stated, the customer service and support team are fantastic! The app has many different futures already and are working on bringing more and more features to make this app more useful for musicians, producers, artists, managers, and everything in between! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

I've been using Single for their NFT feature for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. The team is amazing, very helpful and sharp! Having the ability to offer NFTs for sale on my Shopify store has been game changing. Their dashboard is easy to use and looks great! The best part about it is Single is constantly working towards making their app even better! Great start for a desperately needed app that makes it easy to sell downloads on Shopify. Really like that there's no monthly subscription charge but rather a small percentage off each sale. Much fairer. GUI is slick and well implemented with a few bugs still to iron out. Amazing real-time support too.

Main thing missing for me is the fact that the track list has no player facility. How are buyers supposed to decide what to buy if they can't listen to anything? There should be a choice of whether to play 30 seconds iTunes-style or whole track like Bandcamp. Hopefully this will be added soon. Also, better integration with Spotify physical product pages for CDs and Limited Editions etc would be nice.

Amazing customer service/support! I've now used Single on over 20 Shopify stores and have had nothing but good experiences while using their digital reporting, physical reporting and fan club features! 10/10!

Great App and great staff helped me out a lot hopefully they will add customer accounts so when a customer comes on to your website they can sign up and have their own customer page/dashboard with a friends list, their purchased history, playlist, and such I highly do recommend this app for your store!
