The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.
I have worked on three projects with Singles so far, and I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. Despite the numerous inquiries and requests I’ve made, their responses have always been quick and accurate. I really appreciate how reliable and attentive they are!
This app is an absolute game-changer for fan engagement through Shopify. In theory, it would be great, but I have not yet had it work. Orders are not syncing, and the link to downloads has not been sent.
