Our store primarily sells a subscription service, and what we really needed was a notification for when a customer placed their first order with us so that we could start their subscription (which is via a separate service that isn't connected to our billing systems).

So now, after installing this app which was extremely easy we were able to disable all shopify order notifications and use this instead which drastically cut down our incoming e-mail and we are now able to relax a little knowing which orders coming in are for an initial order without having to open up every order in Shopify.

We've only used support once which was simply for inquiring as to whether this functionality was possible, but they responded shortly so overall we are very happy with this app!

Super helpful to help manage what is happening at many levels of our business. Getting customized notifications instead of having to go in and pull reports weekly has been a game changer. What a time saver for the entire team!
