We first saw Sitejabber at a conference and started talking about what they offer. We had been with Trustpilot previously, and while those services were good, the price was too high and we could not continue using them. Sitejabber seemed to offer similar services at a fraction of the cost, so we continued our conversations after the conference was over. We signed up with plans to implement several services including product reviews and instant feedback when customers place an order, and we still have plans to add more. We have tied in product web pages with reviews, imported reviews from previous platforms, and added the overall company reviews on a web page for both SEO and customers looking for validation of our company. We are rolling out automatic posting of our positive reviews on social media and generating graphics we can use on other marketing. Periodic check ins with our account rep help keep things on track, and when I have mentioned problems, technical support has come through for us, resolving the issues quickly and efficiently. All in all, Sitejabber has been just what we needed, and several years after signing up we are still going strong.

You know what, this is a really really good app!

Naturally as our business was growing we understood the importance of collecting reviews, we tried other services who offered a "Free Trial" which soon converted into a number of phone calls at a cost of £1,800 per annum plus because they had 'advanced features' such as email automation etc.

We installed this app yesterday, it is 100% free to collect reviews and they also have the advanced features which would of cost a lot of money elsewhere!

I had a few questions when playing around with the system naturally but nothing a quick email to our Account Manager (listed at the top right when you login) couldn't fix. Traci Garcia responded promptly to our questions and put us on the right path to have great success with the app!

I would highly recommend Site Jabber if your serious about customer service and collecting reviews. In this day and age, why should you have to pay for brand reputation, thats what you work hard for yourself!
