App très utile et facile d'utilisation. Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs années.
This app has worked great for us so far, no issues with functionality and easy to set up. We reached out to support with a question and got a fast, helpful response that resolved it right away. Solid app, solid team behind it. Highly recommend.
Excellent product and great customer service! I had questions and the staff here helped me get everything set up correctly and did a great job! Highly recommend this service!
We’re very pleased to share an updated experience with this app. After initially facing some challenges, the development team reached out to us personally via WhatsApp and provided direct, hands-on support.
Since then, we’ve started working closely one-on-one with the developer, who has been attentive, responsive, and committed to helping us properly configure the app according to our store’s specific SEO needs.
Given that SEO is a sensitive and complex area, having this level of direct communication and guidance has significantly increased our confidence in the team and the product.
We now feel much more secure using the app, and we appreciate the proactive support and willingness to engage deeply with our concerns.
At this stage, we can say we are satisfied with the service and optimistic about the improvements ahead. We would recommend the app to anyone considering it, especially given the combination of its capabilities and the improved support experience, which together can contribute to more effective SEO performance and better site stability.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
First, we want to clarify that we have replied to every email we’ve received from your side. After investigating further, it appears our responses may not have been reaching you correctly, which is why we also attempted to contact you through your website contact form to make sure communication was received.
Regarding sitemap submissions, the app does not create harmful “SEO noise” or negatively impact rankings simply by updating sitemap data in Google Search Console. Sitemap updates are a normal part of keeping search engines informed about store changes, especially on active Shopify stores. However, every store’s SEO structure is different, and proper configuration is important.
We genuinely want to help and are more than happy to review your setup directly, explain the current configuration, and provide recommendations tailored to your store. Our goal has always been to improve indexing control and sitemap management, not make things more difficult.
Please reach out again through your website contact form or an alternative email address so we can ensure communication reaches you properly and continue assisting you directly.
