Update:
1. Completely ruined my mobile pages. Looks fine on desktop though
2. I requested only health products but it's showing all kinds of irrelevant garbage ads on my site.
Uninstalling it. No second thoughts.

This app did not drive any traffic to my site. I used the same photo I use in other ads that do drive traffic to my site. Uninstalling now.

Great way to boost traffic to your site, you help others and they help you at the same time.
