RT: Size Chart, Size Guide

Not recommended. I put in so much time to add all the size charts and they removed all of them after a few months and not providing any solution.

Size charts dissapear with no explanation, reached out to non existent support, I am just lucky I didnt pay for a theme which was my intention

Leider verschwinden immer wieder erstellte Größentabellen.
Ich habe die App bereits ein zweites mal installiert und der selbe Fehler ist wieder aufgetreten.
Mal wieder mehrer Stunden Arbeit für nichts.
Der Support kann an der Stelle leider auch nicht helfen und empfiehlt lediglich eine deinstallation.
Absolut enttäuschen und nicht zu empfehlen.

Unstable... they charts disappear and then reset all settings. you cant duplicate charts... every single one has to be done from scratch. support is HORRIBLE. DOES NOT RECOMMEND! Stay AWAY

I have created 30 more sizing charts through your app RT: Size Chart, Size Guide. However, suddenly most of the sizing charts I created disappeared—a really bad experience.

Considering it's free, the app has pretty cool features.
But it slowed down 3rd part apps on our Prestige store so we had to change to another app. It took 5+ seconds to show the Size Chart widget/inline text, and it delayed other apps as well.

We have a different size chart for every product, around 50 of them, so that perhaps has affected the speed as well, but a size chart app should consider that in development.

The RoarTheme team helped us incredibly quickly and smoothly. I definitely recommend it. Great practice, great team.
