I was having issues with my size charts showing up on a few of my items and was very frustrated with the process. I reached out to the support team and let them know my issue I was having. Louis contacted me and I explained my issue and he took care of it, he looked into the background of my store and ran testing to find out what was going on. He also let me know it can take sometime for things to show up so I needed to be a little more patient with the process. And now everything is running smooth. Thank you very much for all of your help!!

EXCELLENT app, can't believe this is free! If you have a lot of different products it takes some time to get all of the data entry completed, but it's SO worth the time investment! Can't recommend this app enough!
