I downloaded, built and tried to embed the quiz to a page. It would not work, I followed the instructions, copied/paste the code to page HTML and still wouldn't appear. I tried to use the chat support function but the customer service rep did not add anything helpful, just told me to read the support link which I did and followed each step. I could not hit publish on after I embedded the code. I am trying a different app and will let you know how it goes!

incredible app and amazing customer service! Super easy to install and create with the AI tech. Tried many quizes before and this is by far the best!
this app is handy and makes very nice use of its tools to collect data and make a better user experience.
