We use Skill Suite for continuing education for our eyelash clients and students. It plugged in nicely with our Shopify store and has really helped us grow our membership base!

Cool... but not at its full potential.... maybe one day. It has some kind of cool features and works fast, it is comparable to other Shopify course apps but it is not the ideal solution it markets itself to be. This is new but it has a long way to go before this app is anywhere near its prime. This app is early and it shows. There is no chat support with this app which is sad. There is "flows" which can automate simple tasks such as taking action based on when a course was started, assigned, among a few other course options. Unfortunately all the automations are "course" based and not section or lesson based or even action based. meaning the automations will not be nearly as useful or helpful as they seem, because how often will you really need to automatically assign a new course to somebody. Other course apps allow in-depth automations based on a multitude of factors such as basing automations on lesson completion instead of the entire course being completed. Also why is there no automations based on quiz score? These are the customizations that will take this app to the next level. These additional customizations to be added here. This app, has no "drip content" ability. Unless you are dripping another course there is no option for any drip content here. Closest thing would be to require each lesson to be completed before it unlocks the next one. But this is technically not dripped content but content that gets unlocked in sequential order, not very exciting. Theres also a little shopify tag integration but its a little confusing how its implemented. If someone bought a course upgrade product, there would be no way to unlock additional content within the course they already bought, best thing you could do is give them a whole other course... which would actually count against your available enrollments according to your lesson plan. Also if you want to do something basic like write a course description, the text gets hidden when trying to expand it in the preview. There are a lot of little half-baked things like this with this app that need to be fixed before it can actually justify its rather steep price. If the developers keep working on this in 6 months it could be the Shopify course app we all want but I can definitely say it is not here yet. Drip content needs to be added among many other features including Zapier and little things that can make the course look more professional to the end user. a lot of courses are high ticket products but when previewing the course in this app it does not appear very high-ticket but rather simple and basic. Overall this app is off to a good start but they need to 5x the amount of features and customizations and then this thing will be amazing. It needs to be way more feature rich with much more automation options. Especially when it comes to drip content and along with much more "trigger" options. Trigger options that are NOT just based on course action. but rather date & time triggers, lesson triggers, quiz score triggers, purchase triggers, shopify tag triggers and much more. I will be watching this app to see how it progresses in the future, but for now I am going to be uninstalling this one.

This app is great and would have been perfect for what I am looking to use it for, however there is a lack of response for support. I went to there website directly and there was no way to request support. I tried to get help in the app and request support and thr page showed a 404 error. as a last ditch effort I tried to contact the developer via shopify. It has been about a week with no response. I really like this app and I love the features but the lack of support is an issue. The only real issue I have with the app is that when you load it on mobile it glitches until the user clicks on start course, and then the desktop version will not go full screen. I am sure these are easy fixes but it is not something I can have happening on my coarse. What made me said is I have been working on this for almost 4 months and was forced to use another app and transfer all of the data. There is so much potential there just needs to be better support. On the new coarse app I use I asked a question and got an instant response. The best part is it is half the cost but I do lose some features I like.

I use this app to train my employees. It is user friendly and has great customer support. I would recommend this app.

Its not working good. Connection to Shopify is realy bad. And take videos in the course will not work. Its really make me angry.
