Great team - full service and then some! Features are obviously great, but what really makes Skio special is the team. It's a huge and welcome difference compared to other subscription apps out there.
After many issues with the 'OTHER' subscription app we knew we had to try out Skio based upon their reputation and features to make the customers experience special and easy to use! We signed up on a Monday and we had our website updated with the Skio purchase selector by Friday. Within the next 10 days we had migrated 100% of our subscribers over. I cannot say enough about the speed and quality of this transition. A+. Shout out to Kobi and Eric for making this a seamless transition! Now the fun part begins as we leverage this platform to grow LTV through surprise & delight.
Skio is the best subscription app for Shopify hands down. The best team behind an app I have ever worked with. Made the transition from Recharge seamless. Shoutout to Harris for a quick/painless migration! Passwordless login is also making our subscriber experience much better.
Our onboarding experience was seamless, and the app functions perfectly. This has been such a great upgrade from our previous subscription platform, and the Skio team has been great to work with, very knowledgable. Would highly recommend.
Switched over to Skio earlier this year and have been thrilled. From the white glove onboarding to the day-in-day-out support it's been wonderful working with the Skio team. The platform is easy to use and provides many much needed upgrades to our subscription experience. Highly recommend!!

We just migrated from Bold to Skio within the past month. The migration was seamless, and the level of support from Skio is amazing. Not only with migrating, but with training our team and ensuring that our questions are answered / ideas for improvements are taken into consideration. I can't speak to our growth or subscription retention yet as we haven't been with Skio for enough time, but I will say that our customer experience is already greatly improved (passwordless login, easy to navigate customer portal, text notifications, and Klayvio email flows that were previously non-existant). Will report back on our growth in a few months!

Amazing App. The migration took a while, but all customers could get migrated from our other app. The dashboard is much more improved and will have a positive effect on customer retention.

We switched over from ReCharge due to all the issues and the non-existent customer support. The team as Skio helped with the entire transition over. Much cleaner platform, better admin, better customer IU, and we have seen an increase in subscriptions since the switch. Highly recommend their product and support to anyone looking to get into subscriptions!
