We recently switched over from Recharge to Skio and the process was smooth and the support has been excellent. Whenever we have requested a new feature the Skio team has been prompt to find us a solution, several times engineering the solutions themselves within a week or two (Recharge would never do this). They've also provided a lot of recommendations to enhance our subscription experience on site. Subscriptions are a big part of our business so the extra support and features has been well worth it.

Switched over to Skio earlier this year and have been thrilled. From the white glove onboarding to the day-in-day-out support it's been wonderful working with the Skio team. The platform is easy to use and provides many much needed upgrades to our subscription experience. Highly recommend!!

We just started using SKIO about ~5 months ago and it has been nothing but a success. Here are my "whys" on if you have an e-commerce brand you should use it.

1) Reporting

There are so many reporting tabs in SKIO, every time I ask a question to our support rep on "How To" there's already a feature built into the tool. Also, they are very open to building the internal reporting tools that you suggest.

2) Forecasting

Forecasting inventory/SKU has been super helpful for us to understand which inventory levels we need to keep each item at and standardize on that number.

3) Constant Customer Feedback

Constant feedback along the lines of why customers are taking the actions they are + seeing trends in the data which helps us figure out which directions to build.

4) Predictive revenue

The monthly subscriptions help our business better predict revenue and which SKUs it comes from.

5) Finding your "Whale" Customers

Finding "Whale" or "VIP" is tricky, retaining them is trickier. SKIO offers different tiers of discounts to keep our top customers happy has been a huge plus.

If you're in the e-com business and you're not using SKIO you are missing out.

Skio is amazing! They helped me migrate over from ReCharge and I was pretty hands off except for when I had a question! Kenan is amazing and this app makes life 100000000x better!

We've been on one of the major subscription providers since we've started the company. Thank the lord for SKIO, because we aren't any more! Skio is, hands down, the fastest and most nimble sub system I've seen in the shopify ecosystem. The team is second to none. I've been in ecom for 20+ years and they are by far setting the standard to become a Tier I player. Don't sleep on Skio for subscriptions no matter what vertical you're in.

We switched from Recharge to Skio 3 months ago and it's been one of the best decisions we've made that actually adds value to both our customers and our team. Building great subscription software is not easy and, even though Skio still has to figure a number of things out, the speed and care with which they approach development are remarkable. They are approachable and fix/help with matters really quickly.

As the Director of Retention at Kitsch, a beauty company with a significant focus on subscription-based products, I've had the pleasure of integrating and working with Skio for the past few months. To say that Skio has been a game-changer for our subscription management would be an understatement.

One of the most critical aspects of retention is the user experience, and Skio excels in this domain. The app offers a hosted subscription portal that's not just easy for our team to manage but is also incredibly user-friendly for our customers. I made it a priority to migrate our store off of Recharge and onto Skio this year. The main selling point for me is that Skio offers excellent customer support. The team behind the app is highly responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever I have encountered a question or needed assistance, their support team was quick to provide helpful solutions. They have been frequent collaborators in helping improve our subscription program and I appreciate all the new features they have available to test.
