We migrated over from Recharge - overall the migration was pretty smooth, with some nuances around discount codes attached to subscriptions. There are friendlier features that separate Skio apart from other platforms such as gifting and group ordering which are nice. There are some limitations with advanced use cases where a consumer may modify their subscription often (add / remove products frequently, etc.) but the Skio team is quickly cranking out features and improvements to UX. Ultimately, chose Skio because I believe in the team's ability to iterate and innovate in this space.

Our onboarding experience was seamless, and the app functions perfectly. This has been such a great upgrade from our previous subscription platform, and the Skio team has been great to work with, very knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

We just migrated from Bold to Skio within the past month. The migration was seamless, and the level of support from Skio is amazing. Not only with migrating, but with training our team and ensuring that our questions are answered / ideas for improvements are taken into consideration. I can't speak to our growth or subscription retention yet as we haven't been with Skio for enough time, but I will say that our customer experience is already greatly improved (passwordless login, easy to navigate customer portal, text notifications, and Klayvio email flows that were previously non-existant). Will report back on our growth in a few months!

Some minor issues migrating from Recharge, but the team was extremely attentive with making sure everything was working and fixing any issues that arose. Ultimately we're now on a platform that gives our customers a significantly better experience and much more control of their subscriptions. I'm confident Skio will allow us to take our business to the next level while, most importantly, keeping our customers happy.

After many issues with the 'OTHER' subscription app we knew we had to try out Skio based upon their reputation and features to make the customers experience special and easy to use! We signed up on a Monday and we had our website updated with the Skio purchase selector by Friday. Within the next 10 days we had migrated 100% of our subscribers over. I cannot say enough about the speed and quality of this transition. A+. Shout out to Kobi and Eric for making this a seamless transition! Now the fun part begins as we leverage this platform to grow LTV through surprise & delight.
