As the Director of Retention at Kitsch, a beauty company with a significant focus on subscription-based products, I've had the pleasure of integrating and working with Skio for the past few months. To say that Skio has been a game-changer for our subscription management would be an understatement.

One of the most critical aspects of retention is the user experience, and Skio excels in this domain. The app offers a hosted subscription portal that's not just easy for our team to manage but is also incredibly user-friendly for our customers. The passwordless login feature is a subtle but impactful touch that makes the entire process smoother for our users.

Additionally, Skio's analytics dashboard makes it quick and easy to monitor cohort retention, subscription program health, and more. The comprehensive array of metrics, including MMR and AOV, has given us rich insights into our subscription business. We decided to use Skio for our subscription products after testing out a couple of other recurring billing platforms (ReCharge and Bold). The app is easy to use and works really well for us! On top of that, the pre-launch support you get from Kennan is unbeatable. He will work with you to sort out any issues you encounter and will make sure that everything functions as you need. I highly recommend Skio!

Skio has been the solution we wanted all along for our subscriptions. Not only was the migration from Recharge to Skio seamless, both the customer back-end and the admin back-end are incredibly user-friendly, straight-forward, and the entire app is well maintained. Kennan was a HUGE help and answered our questions promptly, and has continued to maintain excellent service. We'll be Skio customers for a long, long time!

Finally someone did subscriptions right. It's all about the seamless login and reducing customer frustration. SKIO has progressed subscription tech multiple leaps forward from recharge. Love the product and the team.

We made the switch from the Bold Subscription App and it was very simple to get used to. The range of actions is very easy to understand for both the customer and the company when making changes to subscription information. They did not have all the features we were used to right away. However, we definitely asked, and they definitely delivered. Responsive support and seamless customer/subscription interaction have made my job easier.

The UX Skio provides for subscription is streamlined and seamless, something our customers begged for and now really appreciate. Our subscription-related CX tickets have decreased tenfold. Highly suggest using a Shopify native app for recurring billing -- only have to make changes in one place (shipping address changes, refunds, etc.). Also, the Skio team is super responsive, efficient, and helpful and they've been angels at working with us to customize just about everything. Excited to launch our text-to-swap feature and the group referral. Would definitely recommend!

I have used many subscription apps on Shopify, but this one is by far the best! Easy to use, great price and even better customer service! Recommend to anyone who needs subscriptions on their store

We actively promote Skio to other e-commerce companies. As a brand that focuses on customer experience, we were pleased to see how user-friendly they made the platform for customers. We also enjoyed the ability to customize subscription frequency, add-ons, and customer rewards.
