Great app. We had a terrible experience with a similar app that took months (literally) to get anything done, and we finally switched to skio. They were very on top of their game, nothing was "too hard" and they got back to us quickly.
So glad we made the switch. I recommend Skio to other brands i know.

The SKIO migration team are awesome. Helped us every step of the way transitioning from our old provider. SKIO has some amazing features which we can't wait to implement. We've also been able to seamlessly integrate Klaviyo allowing all our email systems to be managed in one place.

Top-notch care from the Skio team! Our migration from Recharge to Skio was seamless thanks to their awesome team. From start to finish they were organized, patient, thorough, and very responsive. We've been migrated over for a few weeks now, and their team continues to provide excellent support. It's easy to get them on calls and work through any various questions that pop up as we learn a new platform. Overall they've done an excellent job at making our brand feel important and valued, and they've delivered on all the features and perks we were sold on to make the switch. Couldn't be happier with the new platform and the growing success of our subscription business!

In our extensive experience managing multiple brands, we've predominantly used Recharge for our subscription services. But when we introduced a subscription model for Azio Beauty, we wanted to try smt different. From the get-go, Skio demonstrated its superiority. The onboarding process? Flawless. We rate the team 10/10. We came to them with customization requests, fully prepared to invest extra for these modifications. But Skio's team? They stepped up, handling everything without batting an eye or charging an extra dime.

The term 'partner' is often tossed around so loosely that it looses much of its meaning. Skio however, is one of those rare exceptions that truly deserves to be called a trusted and valued partner. And that is what they are to our company. From our initial contact w Aiden, to the ongoing superior support, communication and expertise from Sandro and Kobi, every single experience and touch point to date w Skio has been a 5-star++ experience. Oh yeah, the actual Skio platform and software blows away anything we used or have seen in that past. But what is really a home run is when you find that level of tech innovation, supported by a team of human excellence through execution and optimization. Skio is the full package.

We're about a month in with Skio and are so happy we switched. We've used a number of different subscription providers and there's a reason that these guys have such a high rating. Their support helping us get up and running was elite. Our transfer over has so many unique components to it and they were there to help every step of the way. The features and functionality, the intuitive user portal, and the customer management on our end are all amazing. Highly recommended!

Great app. We moved from recharge to skio and it's a way better UI/UX for our customers. Just the little things like skipping this months order or even ordering now is great!

Very satisfied with our decision to move from Recharge to Skio. Their team was incredibly supportive during the transition and the migration of existing subscribers went through seamlessly. The Skio team was there to immediately resolve any issues that came up. I would highly recommend them for your subscription app. Not only for the features of the software itself & the great user interface for customers, but also for their top notch support.

Absolutely amazing app! the onboarding + sales team are super experienced and offer as smooth as a transition as possible. The interface is extremely easy to use while also offering a wide array of intricate features such as GWPs, email outreach, & a comprehensive analytics dashboard. I went through several different vendors and did and in-depth comparison, Skio seemed to be the most complete and after boarding I can say that the product holds true to expectations! would recommend.

The team at Skio has been so amazing! I cannot begin to explain how helpful they are with customizations and problem fixes. You never see that with any technology company. Every promise they made when we signed on has been honored/delivered on and that is so impressive and rare. By far the best subscription partner for anybody on Shopify. Would highly recommend them!
