Perfect experience with Skio! Great software that is very easy to use and lots of support onboarding. It has integrated perfectly into our Shopify store and Klaviyo flows. Customer experience is great and our new signups began to increase immediately.
Backstory on why we ended up with Skio... Our store has run a subscription for a few years, but we needed to migrate from our outdated platform. Our subscription has an unusual setup, and when I talked to everyone else to find out if we'd be compatible - they ran through their sales pitch and basically said, just change your model to align with how we work. Skio took the time to understand what we were doing, and brainstormed how we could use their tools (which are thorough, intuitive, and very flexible) to accomplish our particular subscription goals. Skio has been a great team & service to work with for supporting our subscription needs on Shopify. They offer a lot of features we didn't previously have (Analytics and automatic Dunning, for examples). They have excellent analytics tools, many APIs for integration in our own Customer Portal and have been quick to respond to our needs.
Atul at Skio provided absolutely amazing customer service, going above and beyond my expectations. He was able to help me set up automations & a new selling plan for our current promotion. Very fast response time and provided all the information necessary to feel confident in launching our new promotion. Thanks team!
Our move to Skio has by far been the best platform move we've ever done. They have an excellent onboarding process and go above and beyond to support the customer during onboarding. They didn't have an integration with our ESP, but they created the integration just for us (Cordial). They also wrote a custom import to import data from a subscription provider that they hadn't interfaced with before (Subscribe Pro). They were responsive to bug reports and they also delayed our billing since our move to Shopify was running late. I'm leaving out a lot more, but in summary, they go above and beyond for their customer.
Big shoutout to Shaw for his dedicated work to migrate our subscriptions! We have had issues integrating with Zipify but Shaw worked tirelessly to get us ready for a big product launch and wrote some custom code to get it operational in time. Very grateful!
Skio is one of my favorite vendors to work with. My rep (Sandro) is always available for questions, offers optimizations, and offered additional calls when I needed help. I haven't used any other subscription platforms, and don't need to look for any other options! We've seen a huge increase in subscription revenue in my first month.
What I love about working with SKIO is that they have a great Support Team. Sandro and all of the customer success team members we have worked with go above and beyond to actually dive into our numbers, proactively recommend solutions, and bring examples to the table. We feel that our success is indicative of their success, and we are all working towards the same goal. I fully recommend SKIO and the platform.
We only recently started with SKIO after trying two competitors and realizing that this year (2024) SKIO had caught up with a number of functionalities that are both essential for our customers and in fact did cause substantial difficulties on the competitors' platforms.
Migration went super smooth and we are excited to fully launch all functionalities now.
Working with the Skio team and using the platform has been great for our team and business.
Jackson helped get things going for us with our migration off of our existing subscription platform. He took time to understand that actual underlying data within the business so that we could set Skio up as effectively as possible. He made the functionality on the site back end extremely smooth so that customers still had the right site experience.
Sandro took over as our account manager once we were fully up and running and has delivered awesome service. The monthly insights he provides keep us proactive in making the most of the platform. He is also very resourceful in helping us address problems as they come up and make intros to other companies that may be able to positively impact our business.
Then the application itself is just a great overall experience. We try to incentivize customers to utilize the member portal as much as possible because we love how clean the experience is there. They are constantly rolling out new innovations and the way in which they keep their clients updated on roll outs is super transparent.
Highly recommend Skio to anyone starting up or looking to make a switch.

Love skio! Shoutout to Kobi and the migration team for sticking with us and making it a painless migration! Everything made managing our Brush Club subscribers much easier. Their portal is easy to navigate, and they offer tons of seamless integrations, enhancing our subscriber experience significantly. We've tried many other subscription apps, and nothing compares to the level of care skio has put into its platform. In my eyes, skio is living up to its tagline: "Sell subscriptions without ripping your hair out."
