Our experience with Skio has been great so far - the platform meets all our requirements and they are constantly deploying new exciting updates. Their customer service is truly fantastic... Sandro, our account rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and really goes over and above to help us and improve our subscription programme. Highly recommend!

Skio is one of my favorite vendors to work with. My rep (Sandro) is always available for questions, offers optimizations, and offered additional calls when I needed help. I haven't used any other subscription platforms, and don't need to look for any other options! We've seen a huge increase in subscription revenue in my first month.

Really love SKIO. First, the customer portal is excellent — clean, intuitive, and our subscribers actually use it. The Skio team is also constantly innovating, rolling out new features and improvements that genuinely move the needle for our business.

Second, the account management is in a league of its own. Shoutout to Gabrielle Yang — the responsiveness and partnership have been outstanding. She will spend the time needed to get you ready to go LIVE.

Highly recommend (and Gabby) to any Shopify brand running subscriptions.

What I love about working with SKIO is that they have a great Support Team. Sandro and all of the customer success team members we have worked with go above and beyond to actually dive into our numbers, proactively recommend solutions, and bring examples to the table. We feel that our success is indicative of their success, and we are all working towards the same goal. I fully recommend SKIO and the platform.

Perfect experience with Skio! Great software that is very easy to use and lots of support onboarding. It has integrated perfectly into our Shopify store and Klaviyo flows. Customer experience is great and our new signups began to increase immediately.

Backstory on why we ended up with Skio... Our store has run a subscription for a few years, but we needed to migrate from our outdated platform. Our subscription has an unusual setup, and when I talked to everyone else to find out if we'd be compatible - they ran through their sales pitch and basically said, just change your model to align with how we work. Skio took the time to understand what we were doing, and brainstormed how we could use their tools (which are thorough, intuitive, and very flexible) to accomplish our particular subscription goals. Special thanks to Karl for all his help :)

Overall we are happy with our migration from ReCharge to Skio. The migration was not as seamless as others have mentioned, but it was pretty good compared to other nightmares. I would definitely caution everyone to really dig into their payment processors as there are a great number of quirks for users of Authorize.net.

Overall the speed of the platform is really good and it is driving growth so that is a win for us.

9 Month Update - Having worked in Skio for 9 months, we can definitely testify that we are happy with the platform, its speed (reporting) and responsiveness from our rep and their broader support team.

We moved from BOLD to SKIO and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service and support are genuinely amazing—fast, proactive, and solutions-focused. Any small snag was resolved quickly, and the migration from BOLD was truly seamless.

The app itself is packed with features, and the customer portal is outstanding: intuitive for customers and simple for our team to manage. Yes, SKIO is more expensive than other subscription apps, but we can justify the extra expense because the thoughtful features and polish will ultimately drive more sales and retention.

Their responsiveness is brilliant. If you’re inexperienced with coding or anything technical, the SKIO team are so professional and knowledgeable—they’ll either action the fix for you or provide an “idiot’s guide” that makes it easy.

We say this with little hesitation: the SKIO app is amazing and the team are absolutely outstanding. We highly recommend it.

Let’s be real—the top Shopify subscription platforms all offer similar tools and interfaces. What truly sets Skio apart is their exceptional support. From day one, we had direct access to their engineers and an incredible CSM who kept everything running seamlessly.

Skio has been a great team & service to work with for supporting our subscription needs on Shopify. They offer a lot of features we didn't previously have (Analytics and automatic Dunning, for examples). They have excellent analytics tools, many APIs for integration in our own Customer Portal and have been quick to respond to our needs.
