We made the switch from the Bold Subscription App and it was very simple to get used to. The range of actions is very easy to understand for both the customer and the company when making changes to subscription information. They did not have all the features we were used to right away. However, we definitely asked, and they definitely delivered. Responsive support and seamless customer/subscription interaction have made my job easier.

Skio has been an excellent all in one subscription solution. The team helped to make the migration process seamless, and we've subsequently been able to minimize many of the issues experience on our previous subscription platform. Skio helped me to set up everything on my store. I have ask several times them to develop some features in order to improve retention. They also help me to change a bit the display when needed and they are very open to improve the app. Thank you the team

*** Update after 6 months *** The SKIO team has done a really amazing job of pushing out new features and abilities. It is definitely the most expensive piece of software we use, but it provides so many benefits and the SKIO team has been amazingly responsive and helpful. I feel like every week or two that I login they've rolled out impressive new features so I get weirdly excited to open up the app and see what they've done. *** original review below *** Really like it, and we just migrated over. The Skio login and customer portal is great, and smoother than what we were personally able to implement on Recharge. The customer portal interactions just make more sense and our users find it a lot more intuitive and we're already getting fewer support requests. Kennan has been great setting us up, excited to see how Skio grows. Balancing subscriptions and customer service is a fine line between making a service that is robust and feature rich, but also straightforward and easy to use. Skio has done a great job balancing these, and building a service that is really about making it easier for customers to add or change their subscriptions. ***

We have had a great time working with Skio, from the onset our Account Manager Sandro has been responsive and extremely helpful in getting us setup. Skio did all the work in building subscription on our site - big shout out to Shaw!
Apart from being an intuitive easy to use SASS tool, Sandro always pushes further and provides feedback and insights into our overall E-Commerce business.

Great app and great service before & after the sale. Skio's passwordless login has been a game changer for our subscriber experience and customer service load. In addition Timothy and the support team are top notch, both in the initial migration as well as sharing best practices and brainstorming ideas that drive value to both our business and the subscriber. Working with the Skio team and using the platform has been great for our team and business.
Jackson helped get things going for us with our migration off of our existing subscription platform. He took time to understand that actual underlying data within the business so that we could set Skio up as effectively as possible. He made the functionality on the site back end extremely smooth so that customers still had the right site experience.
Sandro took over as our account manager once we were fully up and running and has delivered awesome service. The monthly insights he provides keep us proactive in making the most of the platform. He is also very resourceful in helping us address problems as they come up and make intros to other companies that may be able to positively impact our business.
Then the application itself is just a great overall experience. We try to incentivize customers to utilize the member portal as much as possible because we love how clean the experience is there. They are constantly rolling out new innovations and the way in which they keep their clients updated on roll outs is super transparent.
Highly recommend Skio to anyone starting up or looking to make a switch.

Shopify Checkout > An absolute game changer Since moving to Skio, we took our subscriptions with flat/negative user growth for the last 2+ years and have been growing our MRR by around 10-20% per month. I think the real thing here is that you need to stop holding out for legacy providers to upgrade. They're working with "spaghetti code". Their changes are so slow and labor-intensive because they are built on a faulty code-base that their too entrenched in to move away from. Skios base is super lightweight and modular. Requests I've put in with them take weeks vs years if they ever even get around to it. Switching to Skio was probably our best business decision so far this year.

Ive used Bold Subscriptions and Recharge before, I much prefer Skio, The back end is simple and the no password login is so much better than a typical password solution, especially for a site people only log in to once or twice a year.
