Our team is loving Skio! They helped us through a seamless migration process and Harris and team provided plenty of support for our small team despite the challenges of migrating over from Recharge. The Skio team has also been excited and quick to build out new features upon request that have enhanced our subscription program and have helped us retain subscribers at a much better rate than our old partner. Can't wait to continue building our subscription program with Skio!

We were on another subscription app before which caused a lot of issues at checkout. Skio team really made the entire migration process smooth and easy. Jumped on whenever help was needed during and after the migration. It's been great working with everyone at Skio!

Although we're still relatively early on our journey with Skio, our entire team's initial reaction is that the app really makes things way easier for our team and customer's to manage their own subscriptions. All functionality has worked seamlessly as promised without any glitches. The Skio team is also very attentive - and for such a young startup I've been impressed by the amount of care they've put into our account and getting us set up. Of course, with any early-stage startup there were a few hiccups here and there with the migration from woocommerce - but migrations are always tricky and I was impressed with the team's ability to troubleshoot with us. highly recommend skio to any ecommerce brands looking to scale subscription!

Our brand had a plethora of complicated needs in the migration over to Skio. The Skio team worked overtime to figure out how to meet our needs, especially Jackson! We are happy with the successful migration and look forward to implementing all of the additional revenue boosting optimizations that Skio includes. The customer service team is great and responds within 24 hours, typically less which is very helpful for a smaller team like ours! Also, our customer experience has improved significantly both in terms of the ease of subscription maintenance and the offerings we can now provide. Absolutely recommend.

We started out with another subscription partner after researching many subscription options. That was a big mistake. It's hard to tell how good a subscription partner is until you actually get behind the door of Sales and finally onboard. I can tell you definitively that Skio is the real deal. Great support, helpful on an individual merchant basis, strong pace of new features, and the platform is incredibly powerful with leading customization capabilities. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and just go with Skio. It's the right choice.

Shaw was our launch specialist and he was awesome. Super communicative, quick, thorough, and detail-oriented. We're just using the basics of the platform now, but we're looking forward to using all of the unique capabilities like the surprise and delight, bundling, etc. The app itself is pretty intuitive; easy to use. The whole Skio team jumped in to support us as we were getting started/onboarding. I really appreciated that.
