As the Director of Retention at Kitsch, a beauty company with a significant focus on subscription-based products, I've had the pleasure of integrating and working with Skio for the past few months. To say that Skio has been a game-changer for our subscription management would be an understatement.
One of the most critical aspects of retention is the user experience, and Skio excels in this domain. The app offers a hosted subscription portal that's not just easy for our team to manage but is also incredibly user-friendly for our customers. The passwordless login feature is a subtle but impactful touch that makes the entire process smoother for our users.
Additionally, Skio's analytics dashboard makes it quick and easy to monitor cohort retention, subscription program health, and more. The comprehensive array of metrics, including MMR and AOV, has given us rich insights into our subscription business. We've been able to pinpoint what's working, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions more confidently than ever before.
The built-in upselling tool has been another boon. Not only has it contributed to an increase in our subscription average order value, but it has also given us another avenue to delight our existing customers with additional products and services. I made it a priority to migrate our store off of Recharge and onto Skio this year. The main selling point for me is that Skio offers excellent customer support. The team behind the app is highly responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever I have encountered a question or needed assistance, their support team was quick to provide helpful solutions. They have been frequent collaborators in helping improve our subscription program and I appreciate all the new features they have available to test.

Our team is loving Skio! They helped us through a seamless migration process and Harris and team provided plenty of support for our small team despite the challenges of migrating over from Recharge. The Skio team has also been excited and quick to build out new features upon request that have enhanced our subscription program and have helped us retain subscribers at a much better rate than our old partner. Can't wait to continue building our subscription program with Skio!

Annihilates Recharge. Have been hacking recharge for a long time, moved to SKIO and the team is much more responsive. Says a lot that recharge charges for basic customer support while SKIO does it for free like a normal company would...

We love Skio! Their app is awesome and has all of the capabilities we were looking for in a subscription app. The dashboard for customers is great as well; looks really clean and is easy to make changes. The app itself is very easy to use, their customer service is fantastic and always replies quickly if we have a question or need help with something.

Made the transition to Skio from ReCharge and have not regretted it. Their product is just so much cleaner, more user-friendly, and downright better. Also, their pace of feature development is astoundingly fast. And I get the impression this is just the beginning. The migration was admittedly a little bumpy based on a technical challenge, but the Skio team was super responsive and hands-on in addressing the issue and making it happen. Strongly recommend this app.

Skio has helped us elevate our CX immensely. We can clearly see our customer service tickets are way down now that we've switched to Skio. We appreciate all of the features offered.
We wish they would offer more customizable discounting on subscriptions, for example, a deeper discount on the first subscription order and then back to our regular pricing, but we've heard that's something in the works.
A special mention to Ben, our account manager who is always there to help us out, and answers super quickly!
