Skio Subscriptions (YC S20)

We moved to Skio (from Recharge) 18 months ago and have found Skio to be a fantastic partner both in terms of their technology platform as well as their strategic guidance/services team. Their platform is tightly integrated into Shopify, leads the industry in key features supporting subscription retention, maximizing AOV, and minimizing cancellation due to payment method expiration. We have experienced ongoing performance improvement against our KPIs quarter after quarter as we adopt additional Skio features. Special shout-out to Skio for enabling and incentivizing consumers to add second payment methods. Well done!

SKIO has been beyond amazing, we are so impressed with the level of attention and service our account manager D'Tanga provides (the best!) migration was simple. We have some unique requests of skio at times but they always do their best to find quick solutions for us

The best there is. Having moved from another subscription app, Skio is incomparable. The best service we've ever received from a software company (Sandro has been a true gent and is genuinely top tier). We've seen subscriptions rise dramatically since being with Skio thanks to their numerous best-in-class features (cancellation flow, bespoke journeys and quick action links spring to mind).
