SKUGen SKU & Barcode Generator

I have been a SKU Gen customer for a few years, and I can confidently say their app is excellent, and their customer service is truly exceptional. It is incredibly refreshing to find a company that genuinely values its customers beyond the sale. Recently, I needed a specific feature added to streamline my SKU process, and the team not only obliged but also provided immediate help. Big thanks to the SKU Gen Team for supporting us!

We needed a way to print labels based on a Stocky-generated CSV based on ordered quantity, instead of received.

SkuGen promptly replied to my emails and after a few clarifications, they offered to add this feature. Within three days it was ready and tested. It worked! Excellent customer service.

I give it a two-star for the completely chaotic and ADD-structured interface.

Although the app will generate the SKU's and barcodes in bulk, it's all over the place. And the pricing packages are also all over the place and you don't feel clear at what exactly it provides. I paid for the advanced options, but when I tried to generate the SKU's I was still required to pay monthly.

It's also missing other important information. For example, it gives no clarification or examples what the officially accepted and required format is for the different SKU options (Code-128, EAN-13 encoding, Google, Amazon, etc). You need the right structure to not generate a Google ad listing ban. And, like someone else pointed out, it does overwrite your own tailored numbering once it generates SKU's.
