This app is terrible. It does not automate correctly and often creates duplicates. There are much better apps out there.

I’m sorry for the poor experience you had with the app. I reached out earlier to better understand the duplicate issue you mentioned, but I wasn’t able to reproduce it without more details from your store setup. I’d still be happy to help investigate and walk through the setup with you directly. If the issue was caused by the app, I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
