Great support team. Jorge was very helpful with my initial setup with lightspeed retail. The app works wonderfully once everything is linked. Order and inventory syncing is super quick. Names/prices take a little longer but still quick. The only downfall in my experience is that they dont map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so i cant really sync my orders or i get a bunch of duplicate customer profiles in LS. Without order syncing, i then miss out on all the reporting i need for item sales in LS which i rely on for purchasing.
So, while i totally recommend this app, just be aware of those things if you're using Lightspeed. Unfortunately i will have to look for alternative solutions but if the customer data can be mapped in the future i might be back!

SKU IQ works perfectly, is easy to use, and the tutorials are helpful. Their customer service is prompt and professional . We wasted a lot of time and money on other inventory integration platforms that were less intuitive, more expensive and lead to canceled sales. We are so glad that we found SKU IQ.

I sell my products in person and online. This app really helps me stay organized and on top of my online inventory while I sell in person. Its so helpful.

I've been using SKUIQ for almost a year and I must say that I'm really glad I found this service. I use Square for my Point of Service Sales and SkuIQ help keep my Inventory on point between Shopify and Square. They are literally the middle man that helps connect both sites together. Used SKU IQ to connect to my TikTok Shop. There's only a few apps that can do this and I tried all of them. SKU IQ is definitely the best. Really good instructional videos and you can even setup a meeting where they go over the setup with you. Insane customer support. Highly recommend.
