Their customers service is NEXT LEVEL amazing. Its not a common ting anymore and having them be so on top of things and have such urgency as if it was their own business they were helping is truly amazing. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly and efficiently - and most important - easily!

So far App is great for Bulk adding products to TikTok Commerce Shop. Uploading each product one by one is a nightmare!

I have been using this app since I was able to open up our tiktok shop. They have been excellent with customer service and following up. We had a major issue with orders being duplicated and engineering team worked to fix that issue for us. Love it!

I'm new to TikTok Shop and without skuIQ I don't think I would be making this leap in expanding my business. The support has been phenomenal. Teshanie with the support team is a literal superhero. I've tried several different apps to sync my Square POS to my Shopify store but this was the only one that has been successful. It's been a seamless integration and I recommend anyone trying to manage and sync inventories between platforms to stop looking elsewhere and try this one definitely. A customer service rep was available immediately and solved a sync problem I had with one of my Shopify store locations. Thank you Skuiq!

I installed this a while back when Tik Tok Shop was new. I've sent over 10 emails to get support because this app messed up my Tik Tok shop and I am no longer able to edit nor add new products. I am writing this review and hope they will see this to reach out. I am beyond frustrated that they don't respond to any support emails. If you don't your shop to be messed up I would not install this app.

We've thoroughly investigated your case, and it appears that the challenges you're facing may not be directly related to SKU IQ. During a recent interaction with our team, we noticed that you have a pre-existing connector app installed, which is likely the first-party TikTok/Shopify integration. This integration could be the root cause of your issues, particularly the inability to edit or add new products.

To assist you in resolving these problems, we would like to work closely with you to remove or uninstall the first-party TikTok/Shopify app, which may be causing conflicts in managing your shop. Our team had a call with you on Friday, but upon reviewing the call it sounds like our agent did not recognize the issue to be the first-party app. We tried to call again this morning and received no response, so we will be following up via email with a meeting invite in order to continue to assist.

I really enjoy using this app! Its fairly simple as long as you carefully follow the instructions. If anything goes wrong or seems to be moving slowly, their support is really responsive and thorough with helping you find a resolve. I think this is best option for business owners who want to integrate shopify with their Tik Tok accounts pretty seamlessly.

Great support team. Jorge was very helpful with my initial setup with lightspeed retail. The app works wonderfully once everything is linked. Order and inventory syncing is super quick. Names/prices take a little longer but still quick. The only downfall in my experience is that they dont map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so i cant really sync my orders or i get a bunch of duplicate customer profiles in LS. Without order syncing, i then miss out on all the reporting i need for item sales in LS which i rely on for purchasing.
So, while i totally recommend this app, just be aware of those things if you're using Lightspeed. Unfortunately i will have to look for alternative solutions but if the customer data can be mapped in the future i might be back!

We're sorry to hear that you've encountered an issue with customer profile mapping in Lightspeed, which has impacted your ability to sync orders and access the reporting you need for purchasing. While we don't currently support customer profile mapping with Lightspeed, we appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our app and make it more useful for our customers.

inventory didnt sync so i made an call two weeks out as that was the soonest available. No one showed up and to reschedule a call was another 2 weeks out... Emailed back the company twice and no response. Decided not to use their service after that experience. All i needed was to know WHY my inventory on shopify wouldnt sync to up.
