So, we were a little nervous about finding a solution to linking our shopify and vend systems, but we reached the point of growth where we had to shoot or scoot, so we picked SKUIQ. I've been shocked by how helpful and kind the support people are, and also shocked by how (relatively) easy to understand their methodology is. Anyone who's been around this block a few times knows that backend inventory systems tend to use a lot of jargon and expect you to think like a either a robot or an alien, SKUIQ sticks to plain english.
Really happy with this system, really happy with how well things are working, excited to grow with SKUIQ and their team :)

SquIQ and their support staff are great. The only thing I don't like is having to push products to my website one by one. I have over 2000 items! After pushing the back button after saving the action of pushing it through to my web store, it sends me back to the first page of all my products, when I was on page 10 (example.) The filters are lacking.

It looks like this app is going to do what I need it to. It seems pretty straightforward and simple to use. Using the SKU IQ app has allowed me to sync Shopify with our in-store POS Square account which is just what we needed. Each order coming through Square is also automatically tagged on Shopify, making it easy to differentiate between the two order channels. The team/support are also fantastic. I am by no means a professional, but their support was able to walk me through the minor issues I had with setting up.
