This app is excellent and has been instrumental in resolving numerous issues for me. The technician is not only accommodating but also patient. The expense of acquiring it is definitely justified

Having a great experience so far. The app is good but the customer service...straight up best. Highly supportive, they pay attention to each and every detail and make sure your query is completely solved before finally closing the chat. 10/10 would recommend it :)

The care and support I received was unbelievable- all my questions were answered, the level of help was unprecedented. The ability to communicate effectively with a support staff, and allowing me to share my thoughts and concerns without having to wait was amazing! I'm very happy with this app, and the customer service. The app was easy to install and set up, but I messed up on a few things, and needed help. Thank goodness they had a "real customer service team" to help me. We set up a call to share screens and they helped me out. I highly recommend this app.
