It looks like this app is going to do what I need it to. It seems pretty straightforward and simple to use. He was extremely patient and walked me through every aspect of the app and what it will do for me between Shopify & Tiktok. Using the SKU IQ app has allowed me to sync Shopify with our in-store POS Square account which is just what we needed. Each order coming through Square is also automatically tagged on Shopify, making it easy to differentiate between the two order channels. The team/support are also fantastic. I am by no means a professional, but their support was able to walk me through the minor issues I had with setting up.

This product is exceeding my expectations and is doing a very fine sync between my clover system and my website. The sync is realtime and continues to keep my in-store and online systems in-sync.

Sku IQ has been such a great software for our small business. It syncs all of our information from our Shopify online store to our Square in-store POS system. Their customer service is AMAZING. You can rarely find an actual person to assist with so many software platforms, but we always have quick responses that are beyond helpful. We realized we connected the location to the incorrect spot with all of our items (a big oops on our end) and they are helping us shift over the location for items so quantities sync correctly again. Next level customer service. So grateful for this product helping us make the next step with our business.

I've used a few 3rd party apps to connect Shopify to X marketplace, and SkuCommerce was super easy! The trickier part is on the tiktok seller side - there are bugs with updating ingredients and whatnot. SkuCommerce side was clean and simple though, and their support team was all over any questions. Give them a shot!

SKU IQ is great for syncing a Shopify website with Square point of sale. I haven't had any issues while syncing inventory. Occasionally I will experience a slight delay before I see products reflected onto point of sale system. This app is 100% worth the cost saves a ton of time!
