We used SKU to connect our Square Inventory with our Shopify POS. Our inventory numbers are automatically updated with each sale so we know exactly where we are and their customer service is prompt and helpful.
I had issues connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop. Thankfully SKUIQ came to the rescue and helped circumvent the TikTok native app issues. The team worked closely with me to solve initial set up problems and after that, SKUs went live and updates flowed through instantaneously from Shopify through SKUIQ, ultimately to Tik Tok Shop.

Easy on-boarding and excellent user support! I had an issue with inventory syncing and it was fixed within a few minutes via the live chat function. Great for making sure that your products meet tiktok requirements before posting so you don't have any tiktok shop violations!

SKU IQ has some of the best customer service. Our setup was easy because of how quickly their team is available to jump in for any roadblocks you might run into. Most of us are used to hour-long wait times through chat boxes, but they are speedy and efficient whether it's via chat, email, or during onboarding calls.

I've tried several different apps to sync my Square POS to my Shopify store but this was the only one that has been successful. It's been a seamless integration and I recommend anyone trying to manage and sync inventories between platforms to stop looking elsewhere and try this one definitely. At first, I was very confused about how to link my TikTok to my Shopify shop, however, SKU took their time to teach me 1 on 1 in a call how to do everything to perfection. Although the price may seem like a bit for most people, I can surely say it's worth it and they even give you a free trial before you make any purchase I would definitely recommend it
