SKULabs Inventory and Shipping

SKUlabs is a great fulfillment software that can grow with the complexity of the business. It has the ability to manage inventory well, create efficient fulfillment processes, and if they don't have the solution for something they have a strong team that will work with you to develop the solution or put something in place that works while development catches up. They are very responsive and take each request seriously. It is a seamless integration with Shopify and has enough customizable features to work for companies with different needs. We tried to leave SKUlabs briefly and missed its intuitive features too much.

This app has been a great tool for our inventory management. It is easy to use, it's boosted our efficiency, and the support staff has been very helpful and accommodating when we've had questions or requests for additional features. Highly recommended!

When Stitch Labs shut down, we looked at several alternatives for inventory management. I went with a different provider for six weeks until I couldn't take the quirky interface and the bizarre errors anymore.

With only 30 days left to find a solution, I contacted SKULabs, who pulled through in the clutch.

Not only is the interface so DAMN simple to use, but their support documents are fantastic. And when there is a problem, the team is great about responding quickly (even on weekends) in a helpful, thoughtful, 'we get you're stressed out about this', kinda way.

Not like the 'WTF did you break and why is it now my problem?' attitude that some other Shopify app developers can give you.

It might cost more than other solutions, but having an app that is simple for my team to use, is everything.

We have found SKULabs a pleasure to work with, a rare find in the 'app world'. They are willing to work with you and your stores needs, available on the phone and don't hide behind chats or emails. Can't shout about them enough - our only regret is not finding them sooner!

Sku labs and their team is fabulous to work with! I searched for months before deciding on Skulabs and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
