The SkuLabs team goes above and beyond with support, exceptionally responsive. I have been using this app for just over a month and I could not be happier how it integrates with my shop.

We use SKU labs every day - it works great for our business and they are quick to help with issues. There are definitely some features that they need to improve on such as the way there kits are structured and that you can't see if a product was barcode scanned. We continue to give them feature ideas and hope to see them developed in the future but it is great for our needs right now.

THEY GAVE AMAZING SERVICE even if it was my mistake they fixed it all with no problem!!!!! you need to have patience to understand how it works but it works great.

Good customer service from honest people. They do not over sell and make it clear what they can and cannot do for you.

It appears that they are strongest on multiple warehouse management and order fulfilment however their other features are pretty strong too.

Very responsive to individual requirements and willing to help.

SkuLabs used to be great when we first signed on a few months ago. Now it feels like their server is extremely slow and sync button woulnd't even work on most days. Most days we try to trouble shoot and waste so much time talking to their suppor team.

Other than that, love everything else!

Just switched to SKULabs from StitchLabs and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and much less complicated than the latter. Highly recommend after the nightmare that was Stitch.

SKU Labs is an A++ company. They have amazing support. The app is very easy to use and if you have any problems they are willing to jump on a call / screen share to try and help. I would highly recommend this app for anyone selling across multiple channels.

We use skulabs at our warehouse with different built in zones. The software works well most of the time, and the glitches we have ran into have been rectified by SKULabs support.

Scan to batch has worked out well for us.

Totally flabbergasted by the owners of this app. First we are promised API access at their lowest tier. Then they say "no, you need to pay an extra $6000 a year for API". We say ok no API and then they refuse to service us teling us that "our attitude is not right". Absolutely disgusted. Stay well away.

Great customer support, fantastic and easy way of integration between these two platforms and other platforms as well.
Such a great value app with very low cost.
