Super quick customer service and super happy with the overall experience so far, thank you! UPDATE: I am still thrilled with how this app is working and the customer service. There was recently some issues that I ran into with the app and they were so quick to answer every time and helpful! They made sure to let me know right when everything was back up and running, overall extremely happy!

App that fulfils the requirements for the sale of digital items very well. Linking the files is child's play. The dashboard is very informative. Customers have the option of receiving their files via a link button in a separate email from Sky Pilot or directly in the order confirmation from Shopify. The files are also available for download in the customer account at any time. Customer-specific customisations were implemented quickly and competently by Sky Pilot's support team. We can highly recommend the app!

Easy to upload books and see sales if you have any. They are very helpful and support is always on point and quick. I really like this software. I would not use any other!
