Sky Pilot ‑ Digitale Downloads

We needed an app to deliver our digital magazine, both as a standalone product and as a subscription. We tried working with SendOwl (who would not jump on the phone with us) and hit a brick wall. But Andrew from Sky Pilot walked us through the setup and specific workflow we needed. For both the quality of app and customer service we give this an astounding 5-stars. Bravo!

I am so pleased with Sky Pilot! I am not tech savvy AT ALL and working with Shopify and Sky Pilot to download and get my digital product up and running was very smooth. I had a theme issue and Andrew took care of it! Great customer service and an easy and reliable app!

Great app and customer service! I was using another app for sending digital files beforehand but I switched to Sky Pilot because the interface and user experience is much better, and with my current needs I don't think any other app can beat the price (I'm on the starter plan).

I'm giving 5 stars because I have had a really good experience with Sky Pilot - HOWEVER I would have liked to be able to sort my uploaded files into folders before attaching them to the products in my store. I sell digital sewing patterns for women, and for each design I have 1-2 style choices as well as 7 size categories (so up to 14 different categories of files for 1 product). So it's a bit of headache to match the right files with the right sub-product etc when you can't group the files in folders. BUT I have searched the marked for apps that can do this and it seems no app is offering this service anyway...

I never normally write reviews but felt I had to in this occasion as the quality of this product and exceptional level of service are worthy of note! I experimented with just about every digital download app on Shopify and SkyPilot beat them all by a mile for ease of use and excellent functionality. A really well thought out product which is back up by helpful (and speedy) customer service. Highly recommended - don't waste your time using anything else to deliver digital downloads on your Shopify store!

I am glad that I selected Sky Pilot. Support email replies always within a day and super helpful. Vimeo integration makes streaming videos for our customers @ winktolearn.com alot easier.
