Sky Pilot: Descargas Digitales

We installed this app to deliver our digital products -- ebooks, echarts, eposters -- to customers of our music education shop (www.roedyblack.com). We were looking for a fast, seamless, trouble-free digital product delivery solution. We have been using Sky Pilot for a couple of months now, and our customers have downloaded thousands of files. Sky Pilot has more than lived up to our requirements and high expectations. The few times we have had questions, Sky Pilot support has always been prompt and thorough. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend this app.

Been using this app for a while now to deliver digital products to customer accounts and it works well for that. I wanted to use SkyPilot with another app but was getting hung up on some technical details so I reached out to support, who put me in contact with the manager, Alessandro. He reached out to the developer of the other app, explained the issue we were having with getting the apps to work together, and looped me in so all three of us could communicate easily. Alessandro exceeded expectations and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Skypilot is incredible. Does exactly why I need it to do for my online training series. And the customer support kicks ass. Andrew the founder was incredibly generous with his time and patient as he walked me through the set up and integration for my store. 5 stars for Andrew. An app is only as good as its customer support. He's the man. Bottom line, Skypilot is brilliant, well designed, simple to use, highly secure and it'll make u money if you are Selling content. -downloads are fulfilled automatically whilst still keeping regular products on manual fulfillment (if you've chosen that)
-you can set the amount of times a product can be downloaded
-integrates seamlessly into the checkout process
-people can download your product directly from your website (using the provided email link)

I highly recommend this app to anyone starting in digital downloads, takes seconds to signup and seconds to integrate.

I don't know what I would do without Skypilot. It is by far the simplest way to deliver digital products to my buyers. I also love that they email me warnings about buyers who have accessed the file more than a certain amount of times, so I can investigate further. It also takes me seconds to attach products to my listings, making the process of listing new things a breeze! Great customer service as well...they respond to questions in minutes! Highly recommend!
