I've used quite a few Shopify apps to enhance my online store, but none have come close to the level of service and customization that this app offers. From the moment I installed it, I knew I was in for something special.

The installation process was a breeze, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive. I was able to set up my digital products in no time, making them seamlessly available on my online store. They even have 24/7 support chat which is amazing!

What truly sets this app apart is the exceptional customer support. They're not just responsive; they're proactive. I had a couple of unique challenges related to my digital products, and not only did the team respond to my queries within minutes, but they also took it upon themselves to code new features specifically to meet my needs!

I'm very happy with Sky Pilot! I sell a lot of e-courses and digital goods and I've found SP to be the best way to do this on a budget. Plus, it keeps my whole operation under one shopify roof. Of course, you need a sub with vimeo too, but they go together hand and hand if doing e-courses. I'm paying roughly $30 a month (sky pilot & vimeo) to have incredible integration into my shopify store......convenience for me and my customer/students! My students log in and get their video courses no problem! 2 thumbs up!

Ob wohl ich vorher mit der kostenlosen App von Shopify verkauft habe, war es kein Problem alle vergangenen Verkäufe zu übernehmen. Der Support hat sofort geholfen. I highly recommend this app. I was impressed how easy it is to integrate Vimeo films. Even though I had previously sold with the free Shopify app, it was no problem to take over all past sales. The support helped immediately.

I have been using the SkyPilot app for a few months now and it is very user-friendly. I also like that I can customize the emails a bit. Overall I think it’s a great app for offering digital content with your products on your store. Hopefully they will add more features in the future but it suits our needs perfectly at this time.

I've tried a few digital file apps for our Shopify store now and Sky Pilot is definitely the best. Digital Download (Shopify's version) is just too basic and can be really cumbersome to work with. The other one we tried was SendOwl and it's also fairly limited when stacked against this app. We think Sky Pilot is definitely the best for our needs. The app is great and the customer service is quick and pain free.
