As a new Sky Pilot - Digital Downloads user, I am amazed at the features of this top-notch software. It did exactly what I wanted. After testing out 4 other digital download software programs written for Shopify, which failed miserably, this software blows them all out of the water.
The chat support is 24/7 by techs who know how to solve my problems. I needed to deliver 112 videos, audio, and PDF files in 3 separate folders. That way my customers could download the files they want on their phone, tablet, and computer, depending on whether they use a phone data plan or Wi-Fi.
When you deliver lots of different files in vast quantities, folders are the answer to my dream software. I wanted to give the developers and techs a big thanks for their hard work.
Try this software first if you sell and deliver digital products in your Shopify store. You won't be disappointed.

This app is exactly what my business needed! We used to process digital orders manually, and we always thought there HAD to be a better way to do it. Turns out there is a MUCH better way, and that way is Sky Pilot.
The set-up process was completely painless. We were able to figure out most of the set-up on our own, and when we had occasional questions for support, they provided quick and exceptional help.
When we were getting close to our storage cap, we reached out, and they created a custom plan based on our needs.
If you are looking for an excellent system that fulfills digital orders automatically, look no further!

Easy to use, customer service is amazing. Very thankful that my customers can now set up accounts and see all of their past purchases. This app pulls in past purchases, so my customers can see things they bought a year ago, even though I just got this installed. Very happy!

I gotta say, I am loving this app! We were using the free Digital Downloads and it was just not what we wanted - links were constantly breaking, zip files were a pain, and if someone wanted a refund there was no way to revoke their access since it was all done via e-mail. Almost half our customer service e-mails were just about links not working!
I am fairly new to the company and wanted to find a better solution and found SkyPilot - I was nervous because I am the LEAST techy person there is but it seemed pretty straight forward - and it has been! It's easy to install, easy to use, and does EXACTLY what we need it to do. It also looks so much more professional going through our site rather than an e-mail.
However, the real star of this entire product is Andrew - I must have asked him 1,000 questions before even purchasing to make sure this was right for us. He was so prompt and was able to explain everything perfectly. Once I installed I asked him a 1,000 more and he not only helped me via e-mail, but actually signed in and customized certain visual aspects the way I asked. Amazing. Hands down amazing.
We're still new to the app and just launched it a couple days ago but so far not a single bug, not a single problem. Wish all our apps were like this!!
