Totall first class app supporting uploading and delivery of digital files. We have been selling excel spreadsheets for many years and we know a good platform when we see it. This is excellent.

Sky Pilot allows me to sell downloadable files with total ease. I was most impressed with the developer's interest in supporting his clients. He went so far above and beyond to help me with my site. Impressive service! Impressive product! Highly recommend it!

It's pretty easy to use on the whole
I would love to see some more features though, especially around download data and usage statistics. I would like to see download counts per file and unique user download counts per file. That way we would be able to see which file format is most popular with our customers for products that deliver files in multiple formats under one product.

SkyPilot solves a huge problem for creators of content that wish to protect their Intellectual Property in a simple, secure, safe an effective way. Every feature I needed to accomplish this is in there. I can limit access to streaming only (no downloads) which eliminates the need for DRM protection of downloaded files - without DRM I feel files are just to easy for people to copy. I get flagged if too many IP Addresses are used to access content - further discouraging sharing. And just as important, Andrew was extremely helpful when I had some trouble, and went over and above with immediate tech support.
Had a video call with Alessandro today over in Italy. He was INCREDIBLE. Walked me through how to use it with a screen share. Gave me great support that does not always exist. I was also informed they have many other apps and you can get bundle deals by using them. I will be working with them long-term.
