First and foremost, this app's customer service is outstanding, responsive and accessible in real time with real people. I had some unique issues today and Lina on Chat was very professional and accommodating. This app makes it possible for me to have the highest quality experience for users of my digital files who aren't necessarily the buyers of my digital files. Highly recommend.
I like SkyPilot a lot. I've been using it for a few years now and it makes digital file delivery easy for me and my customers. I do wish there was an option for customers to click "download all" though.

Not happy overall, the adding of files is great and easy but the emails go to customer's spam.
This app has been a game changer for my business. It makes it so, so so ridiculously easy to attach downloads to products and have them shipped automatically to my customers without worry. I highly recommend it, and I've got to say the customer service is outstanding. Don't think twice, just do it. It will make your life so much easier. And no… They didn't pay me to say this! Lol.

Highly recommend SkyPilot - from a digital shop owner with over 28,000 digital file orders. :) Customer support is always quick and very thorough. Kenan especially was amazing, answering questions and offering support for solutions I hadn't even thought of relating to my original question. My business has been a long time partner with SkyPilot for many years. I recently had an incident in file transfers where Shopify changed a handle, causing large amount of file disconnects. After reaching out to SkyPilot, they stepped right in to help me reset many download filing links so that my customers could continue having access to what they had digitally purchased. It’s taken a bit of work but now everything is all straightened out. Thank you SkyPilot! Onward to new horizons!
