OMG! a God send! For well over 10 years I have been looking for a good digital platform to efficiently and easily deliver my hypnosis instant downloads to customers! Every year I have looked back in the Shopify App store to see if there was anything good or better then what I had been using. Just found Sky Pilot and am in HEAVEN!! It is SUPER user friendly, EASY to use, QUICK to set up, and EVERYTHING I have been wanting for my customers' experiences! So much weight is off my shoulders! This app has the best customer support service I've ever come across. Prompt, straight forward and intelligent. Andrew fixed all of my issues for me on the spot, incredible. It delivers the product to my customers exactly the way I want it and it saves me so much time and money. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I had the greatest experience with customer service (thanks Alessandro) who had to manually fix a very difficult and unusual DNS problem for me. He was willing to try everything until the problem was solved! I felt like I was being cared for as a customer and against all odds, had a fun chat with him as well. I'm very pleased with the app otherwise too! The email customization tools are exactly what I need, the storage size is good value for the money and it's very easy to add files to existing products in the shop. The app connected with my shop without any problems and I was able to start using it immediately. All in all, would highly recommend it for setting up Digital Products!

The Sky Pilot team have been great with helping me manage my downloads in store. Going so far as to assist me with the transfer of all of my data and re-link it to my new store, aswell as helping me customise my accounts downloads area. The product and team have been a a huge help and I would highly recommend it to any digital product seller.

It uplaods the files with ease, and is hands down the best digital download app within shopify.

Dashboard is nice and you can input your brands colors and logo along with text.

It would be nice to eati the color of the brand name within the email if you have this portion enabled - not a big issue though.

I am new to Sky Pilot to use for customers to download my embroidery files. The set-up has been VERY user friendly! I had a question about Customer Account Integration and was able to reach customer service on a weekend. Allesandro was so informative and was to help right away. Excellent customer service and fabulous app that I am thrilled to add to my website! For sure recommend adding this app for any digital files for download.

I found an app with unlimited storage, orders, and downloads for only $9.99/mo compared to the $125/mo that this app costs and even that doesn't include unlimited plan. Otherwise, it's a good app. Just too expensive compared to others.
