App, welche die Anforderungen an den Verkauf von digitalen Artikel sehr gut erfüllt. Die Verknüpfung der Dateien ist kinderleicht zu handhaben. Das Dashboard ist sehr informativ. Die Kunden haben die Möglichkeit Ihre Dateien über einen Linkbutton in einer separaten Email von Sky Pilot oder auch in direkt in der Auftragsbestätigung von Shopify zu erhalten. Ausserdem sind die Dateien auch im Kundenkonto jederzeit für den Download bereit. Leider ist die Emailvorlage von Sky Pilot nicht in verschiedenen Sprachen einzurichten. Aber mit dem Integrieren des Buttons in die Vorlage von Shopify ist das Problem gelöst. Zum Anpassen hat uns der Support von Sky Pilot schnell und kompetent geholfen. Wir können die App sehr empfehlen.

The app works well for us so far, and has all the features we have had a need for. I mostly decided to leave a review to say how helpful their customer service has been. I have reached out three times and all three times they were wuick to respond, polite and very helpful. Would reccommend.
