Skypilot is incredible. Does exactly why I need it to do for my online training series. And the customer support kicks ass. Andrew the founder was incredibly generous with his time and patient as he walked me through the set up and integration for my store. 5 stars for Andrew. An app is only as good as its customer support. He's the man. Bottom line, Skypilot is brilliant, well designed, simple to use, highly secure and it'll make u money if you are Selling content. Thx Andrew!

Excellent App, integrates very well
POSITIVES:
-downloads are fulfilled automatically whilst still keeping regular products on manual fulfillment (if you've chosen that)
-you can set the amount of times a product can be downloaded
-integrates seamlessly into the checkout process
-people can download your product directly from your website (using the provided email link)
I highly recommend this app to anyone starting in digital downloads, takes seconds to signup and seconds to integrate.

The app is very useful if you sell digital products since Shopify doesn't have its own way of doing this. Also, since we first started using the app 5 years ago, it's been updated and upgraded for better user experience. And the customer support team is VERY responsive, which is, of course, one of the most important things about any app one uses with their Shopify store. I've been working with Alessandro recently and he's awesome. Helped us fix some glitches we found in Safari, etc. and also very helpful about a recent update we did in the SkyPilot theme. Thanks Alessandro!

Perfect. If you are looking for a simple to use application for selling digital files then look no further. Sky Pilot is simple to use and delivers on all it promises. Customers are able to access files instantly and being able to re access them via their account is a huge bonus. Looking forward to seeing some new features added soon!
This app was exactly what we were looking for when we built our online store. We offer online courses that include streaming video and downloadable documents. Fabulous Customer Service!! I have been using skypilot for several years now for a fully digital download company and they have made it seamless! If I run into a hiccup, they are quick to respond and help me fix (usually my errors). Definitely recommend!
