SkyPilot is very user-friendly and smart and I'm so happy that I moved from another app to this one. There are lots of great How Tos in the Help Center but above all: the Support is AMAZING. The chat team members are very reactive and helpful and I got very clear explanations on how to proceed, including a step-by-step message which was awesome. At a point, when I had made these steps and changes and got more questions ( :-D ) I got a one-to-one call with a SkyPilot specialist who helped me to go through all the things that needed to be done (or repared ^^ ). I am so happy that I changed the app I was using (I'm still busy cleaning up the mess the other one left), SkyPilot is great - go for it!!

This app is brilliant, easy to install and set up, the customer support is five star. I would highly recommend it to anyone that sells downloads.

I had a great experience with the onboarding. I got a scheduled time and since my google meet didn´t work out Camilla offered me to zoom. She helped me with all of my questions and I felt very confident. I am very happy with their customer support and the easy integration with sky pilot for my new online courses .

This app has the best customer support service I've ever come across. Prompt, straight forward and intelligent. Andrew fixed all of my issues for me on the spot, incredible. It delivers the product to my customers exactly the way I want it and it saves me so much time and money. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I am so pleased with Sky Pilot! I am not tech savvy AT ALL and working with Shopify and Sky Pilot to download and get my digital product up and running was very smooth. I had a theme issue and Andrew took care of it! Great customer service and an easy and reliable app!

OMG! a God send! For well over 10 years I have been looking for a good digital platform to efficiently and easily deliver my hypnosis instant downloads to customers! Every year I have looked back in the Shopify App store to see if there was anything good or better then what I had been using. Just found Sky Pilot and am in HEAVEN!! It is SUPER user friendly, EASY to use, QUICK to set up, and EVERYTHING I have been wanting for my customers' experiences! So much weight is off my shoulders! I never normally write reviews but felt I had to in this occasion as the quality of this product and exceptional level of service are worthy of note! I experimented with just about every digital download app on Shopify and SkyPilot beat them all by a mile for ease of use and excellent functionality. A really well thought out product which is back up by helpful (and speedy) customer service. Highly recommended - don't waste your time using anything else to deliver digital downloads on your Shopify store!

I had the greatest experience with customer service (thanks Alessandro) who had to manually fix a very difficult and unusual DNS problem for me. He was willing to try everything until the problem was solved! I felt like I was being cared for as a customer and against all odds, had a fun chat with him as well. I'm very pleased with the app otherwise too! The email customization tools are exactly what I need, the storage size is good value for the money and it's very easy to add files to existing products in the shop. The app connected with my shop without any problems and I was able to start using it immediately. All in all, would highly recommend it for setting up Digital Products!
