I'm very impressed with Sky Pilot and their level of support! I'm still developing my first-ever shop and it's not even live. Yet they responded to my questions and went above and beyond. Other shop owners in my same field had recommended Sky Pilot, and now I know why.

After trying a couple different options on Shopify, Sky Pilot is definitely the best downloads app for my business. Nitesh helped set up my digital library exactly how I wanted it and he was great at explaining parts I didn’t understand. I give five stars for customer service (quick and knowledgeable) and five stars for Sky Pilot having the features I need.

I have tried other digital download apps and this is by far the best you can get for free. Danko helped me with configuring the download button on the thank you page and was prompt in doing so. If ever I encounter problems in the future I know their CS will respond fast which is great! :)
