Great support, Alessandro! Using it for our bundle for physical product + online video streaming as a product set to offer greater value for our customers on the product.

I'm selling videos that are stored in Vimeo in a Shopify platform. Sky Pilot has been integrated very easily into my platform (with the help of my designer because I didn't understand exactly where to put the code - learner over here!). The products are getting to customers seamlessly in a very clean and professional output. Andrew has been super prompt with my multiple questions over the past month. My customers were not seeing that there was a download to accompany the video so Andrew just tweaked my account to where my pdf comes out as a button above my video! SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend!

Great customer support first of all. Very easy to set up and runs wonderfully. We do 90% of our sales via digital and we have not experienced any issues and have positive feedback from our customers. This allows customers to have their own library and the ability to search their library as well. Very handy for sure!

I would highly recommend this app! Customer service is very responsive to questions even prior to install. Incredibly easy integration that you likely will not need support help even with limited technical experience. Provides file downloads based on storage limits in the app. Provides sellable streaming across multiple product variants in a snap. Literally took less than an hour to read all setup documentation and have first videos working like a charm! Your grandmother could install this app!! (sorry tech savvy grams!)

I create and sell digital machine embroidery designs and cut files, so I need a good download app. I switched to Sky Pilot, on the recommendation of a friend who also uses SP on her site, after my website 'exploded' (in a bad way) while using another company's app. Not only was I able to fix the download issues on my site, but I was able to load over 2000 previous purchases back into my customer's accounts! the UI is super simple to navigate, and tech support is amazing! I should have started off with Sky Pilot 3 years ago, I could have saved myself a ton of hassle over this past weekend. If you sell ANY sort of digital files, you NEED Sky Pilot.

I've had this app installed for over 2 years now. has never been an issue.
Easy to upload files and also attach them to existing products to bundle.
Support is very quick and helpful when I forget how to do certain things in the app lol.
Overall great experience.

My site hasn't launched yet but I chose Sky Pilot after reading reviews and found too many deal breakers with other apps (like poor customer service and lots of downtime). Overall everything seems pretty simple (even for non-techy people like me). I've sent a couple questions through chat and received a reply immediately with the solutions I needed. Super impressed so far.

Great App! It works seamlessly and brings customers back to my store to get their files. I am using it for paid pdf downloads for a weekly newsletter. Support is always fast and right on. I can time when the pdf's will "disappear", revoke access as needed to customers, and get alerts if someone is sharing a bit too much. Very happy with Sky Pilot. Thanks!
UPDATE 4/19 Now using Sky Pilot to sell ebooks, videos, images etc. Love this app!

I like the app. It gives the option to download the product or have the physical bookmarks. It's simple to manage.
